Director Academics’ Message

Dear Parents

I, Anju Arora, an Educationist, a passionate Educator first and foremost, charting a career span of almost 25 years, having been the Founder Principal of K-12 CBSE school for 16 long years, have been entrusted with the responsibility of leading this school as the Director Academics. I am so thankful to God for choosing me as His instrument for the noble cause of education.

To me Education is a tool of empowerment and real empowerment happens when children get the best of both worlds, the HOME & the SCHOOL. To make education truly empowering for our children, to support them grow and develop physically, mentally, intellectually, socially, emotionally, spiritually…so that they can emerge out as independent critical thinkers who are responsible adults, ready to take on the life and its everyday challenges, I believe in working in close connection with parents and other care givers at home. I believe all children must get equal opportunities to grow and must be supported to realize their dreams.

I, as an educationist, believe and work on the following philosophy;

·       Emphasis on Value based Education.

·       Focus on All round Development.

·       Transparent communication between home and school.

·       Engaging families in education with an aim to support children.

·       Focus on life-long learning and development of leadership.

·       To be ready to learn, unlearn and relearn. (My Success Mantra)

·       To be able to direct change and solve problems

Our curriculum provides ample opportunities and collaborative activities to our children to be creative and critical thinkers and develop communication skills along with helping them explore themselves and build on their innate talents and skills.

Times and context have changed beyond imagination and working through pandemic, it has changed even faster. Digital mode of teaching is here to stay in one or the other form. Parental understanding of the role of educators and their support is the most essential component today for any school to support children learn. Our role at home and in schools is now more of the facilitators, mentors and coaches. A lot of content and information is available but content and information alone do not educate children. If our children can’t make use of the information for right reasons and can’t take right decisions, they are not educated.

We, educators, teachers and parents have to play our role complementing each other. So, begin this wonderful journey of learning, growth and development of your children at our campus (which works online and offline as per the need and context) & watch them grow into responsible,  confident learners and realizing their dreams.

May God Bless Us All!
